Suffocating

Dream

A short dream from a few days ago, while i was in mexico still to visit for my fathers abrupt passing. While sleeping in a room with my sister beside me. I slowly started to drift into a dream facing the wall on the outer edge of the bed. The dream i slipped into was natural and normal i can't even remember it. But out of nowhere it felt like my dream had switched channels and the whole first dream left on a whim and a new one started. It was my sister and I , in the same bed we went to bed in just hours before. She was sitting up against some pillows and i was right next to her. We were in the same setting/room we fell asleep in. I remember looking around and trying to describe the feeling in this room. Once this dream abrubtly overtook the first one, i just immediately looked to describe what this felt like. I looked at my sister and she was holding a wooden rosary necklace i had bought for her about a week ago in real life. She had it loosely wrapped around her hands and said "It feels suffocating" and i knew it was exactly the same feeling i was trying to find about the feeling in this room. The word i had been looking for to describe the energy almost. So i told her "yes, exactly like that¡" i agreed and the dream ended. I woke up in sleep paralysis for a short minute before i was able to snap out of it. A small lingering shivering feeling as i did.

Dream

In the dream I immediately felt like I couldn't breathe because of how much pressure was on my chest. Turns out that I was lying on the floor and there were people standing their full weight on top of me. Like a crowd of people and me lying on the floor. The people seemed to notice o was there, but didn't care that their full body weight was suffocating and hurting me. They almost seemed amused that I was trying to pry their feet from my chest and that I was desperately trying to break free. Eventually with the strength I had, I started to shout, and that gained the attention of a skinny old man. He grabbed my hair, and started to shave the top of it, but leaving just enough for a pony tail in the middle of my scalp so "I wouldn't run away". I was unsure on what that meant. Afterwards I was put into a chamber, which seemed to be my newfound bedroom. And several days afterwards I was taken from the room to be put on the floor so people could walk over me while I feel like I'm dying. And when I feel like I'm about to pass out from too much pressure on my chest and stomach, the old man takes me by my ponytail and throws me back into my room. I find a small cubby in my closet and it seems to lead into a small overview of a large domain underneath. With carousels and many decor, resembling the House on the Rock. Very detailed doll carousel, and the village you walk through located in the building. I carefully try to find an exit to this viewing space, when I hear a girl's voice, and seem to feel like it's not safe to be where I currently am, so I pull back into my room and shut the cubby door. I ponder if it's worth it to try and hide it escape from these people, since there will probably be gruelling punishments if I get caught. Eventually I decide against it, and I awake.

Dream

I had a dream last night that my psychiatrist was torturing me by suffocation. My mouth was covered and I had a stuffy nose and couldn't breathe enough through my nose but she kept saying "It's okay. Calm down and just breathe through your nose." But I couldn't tell her my nose was blocked because my mouth was already covered so I was slowly suffocating and having to do some kind of physical training therapy and getting shocked by a shock collar every time I did something wrong. I was trying to get away and scream but I couldn't and woke up from that feeling extremely upset before 4am.
