Dream

I dreamt I had a sister and that we shared a house. She started dating a man who was very handsome, very grown-up and very serious. I didn't quite like him, he seemed to be quite bossy with her to me, but I was happy that she was happy. Then I met his younger brother, who was not quite as handsome, but was very relaxed, fun and playful. We fell very much in love and had a really fun time together. All four of us lived together at our house. The older brother became too controlling, he began to get very stressed, he was always red-faced and was sweating with frustration. He told my sister that they were breaking up because he was disappointed by her. Apparently she wasn't doing things his way, and not doing enough things for him. He had only been with her to use her for some gain to do with money or technology. He said they were leaving, meaning himself and his brother. I was heartbroken, but couldn't speak to the younger brother at that moment because the older brother was ranting and out of control. So I sent the younger brother a text message saying "You don't have to leave!" with happy-face and heart emojis. I waited across the room for him to get the message and look up at me, and when he did I smiled and then pulled a joking-pout face, because our relationship had been so playful. He smiled back and I was happy. But then all of a sudden he completely changed, and started packing up his computer and bag, saying he was only using me for some sort of gain too, like his brother had to my sister. He was disappointed in me too, not angry or upset at all, instead completely dismissive as he threw his backpack over his shoulder and walked out.

Dream

I was in my room reading my new book about Buddhism, and I had a good chunk of the book read through, and I got to a part that said “you can forgive to let go/move on”. So I had a house party and not even 5 minutes later mawmaw was sitting on the bed with me while I had the book in my hands, and we had a conversation about my dad and how hurt I was by him. I was explaining how I think I’m ready to let go and forgive for what he did, but it still hurts. But I know I need to forgive him to move on. A few seconds later my dad appears at my doorway, and he’s trying so hard to forgive himself. I said “look, look at me. I forgive yo-“ he cuts me off and starts saying stuff like he’s so sorry, he’ll do better, thank you for forgiving me, let’s hang out, etc etc. i said “no.. let me finish. I forgive you BUT I cant see you anymore. I forgive you so that we can both move on from what happened, but I will never forget what you’ve done to me, to us.”. He starts sobbing and bending over holding his head, going into one of his little “oh shit no one believes my story” panic modes, and I just walk away from the both of them. I go to my computer to do some sort of schoolwork, and there was a real colored river in the animated picture of a national park. I remember going to work and looking at the schedule, and my schedule was completely crossed out so I can smoothly transition into my new job irl. I hugged my boss and said thank you so much.

Dream

I had a dream about work last night. I had a dream that me and my manager, who is the director of specialist care, were having meetings with people. I turned up to this building and it was like a school. And the director was already in there and she was chatting to staff and she handed me a load of printed paper, which I believe were meetings from the last time she spoke to them. And she was just doing recap meetings. And she had a computer on so I was taking notes from what I could hear. And I don't know if I ran out of paper but I started writing the notes down my leg. And then these people came in and the people she was having meetings with on the computer were actually there. So she was kind of chatting to them. And then there were some people that were quite upset. So she took them off and was chatting to them. And I was kind of sat in this room just kind of trying to tidy up my notes. And then it got to a stage where I thought I probably need to leave. It's getting quite late. It's quite far away from home. So I went to this other room and this woman that she was talking to was upset. And my boss, Kate, was kind of trying to make her feel better. She hit up and I kind of got in with that. I was trying to say positive things, cheer her up. And it turns out this lady had had cancer. And she felt like life was hopeless. And we were trying to tell her that she should come through the other side. And actually she's been given a second chance. She started to feel a little bit better. And then these people came in. And one person was so tall, they literally had to bend over to be in the room. They were probably like, I don't know, three times the height of a normal person. They were trying to get stuff out of the fridge. And this lady that had cancer, she said, oh, let's go in the other room. And she took me in the other room and she was laughing. And she goes, oh, at least I'm not that tall. Anyway, we were chatting and then other people I work with come in. And Kate was off at the front talking to somebody and passed her out and was like, ah, she knows everybody. And I said, yeah, I think it's amazing how she knows everybody's name. And she went, oh, yeah, but some people will be easy like that guy. And my boss was talking to, I think he's like an Indian guy at the front of the class. She goes, that's Bakery. Everybody knows the dollies. Everybody knows that. And I was like, that's not a very nice thing to say. And I ended up chatting to her and saying, oh, I didn't know everybody's name in the office when I started working there. And that was our office. And I didn't know anybody. And she knows everybody's name. I think it's brilliant. And I was trying to walk through the classrooms to try and find this lady with cancer. And there were just people everywhere just sat there. And then Kate came through and she said, oh, we can go. We can go and get something to eat soon. She said there's a good place up the road that does free refills on drinks. And everybody else started to go because they had to catch a plane back to where they were going and we were right there. Catholic Airport. That was it.

Dream

I had a dream that Gabe (my current boyfriend) and I were shopping for fruits. I picked up a pomegranate but it was labeled a fig and everyone kept calling it a fig. Then, I was by myself, looking for a bag of pre-peeled apples, and some cranberry juice. I couldn’t find any apples but I found some cranberry juice. The next time I went to the same store, I was just in a towel and no one questioned me. While I was looking for my fruit and cranberry juice, I noticed that there were a bunch of workers that were restocking the shelves so I could find what I wanted. Instead of getting cranberry juice, I ended up just getting a big bottle of lemonade. I went to the self check-out but all of them already has items scanned into the system and no one was there to reset it. There was one left that didn’t have anything scanned but I had to long in using an email. I was trying to use my mom’s email but something else was being typed. I looked to my left and there was another lady doing the same thing I was doing but I noticed that when she was typing, whatever she was typing was showing up on my screen. I tapped her to see if she knew how to fix the computer and she said that the internal wiring was messed up. She grabbed my computer and opened an app that showed a person on one side of the screen and a bunch of cables on the other side that were labeled. The cable that was labeled with an eye was disconnected. I tried to connected it correctly but it kept getting tangled with other cables.

Dream

I dreamt I was applying to join some sort of modelling agency, and there was a written exam to get in. The exam was being held in my own house, which was very old and in need of repair, and very sparsely furnished. The person giving the test was a lawyer, and the other three applicants were a Hollywood actress and two university graduates (I have never completed any studies after highschool, other than a handful of community college or online courses). So I was feeling exposed in that they were all successful and seeing my shabby house, my obvious lack of material success; and apprehensive that I was about to be exposed futher as less educated. And then the first question on the exam was nonsensical, barely-formed phrases that gave no instruction whatsoever. There were computer monitors in front of the other three applicants at their desks, but I didnt have a desk or computer, i had to perch on stool behind the actress and read her monitor over her shoulder. The lawyer in charge spoke confusingly, indicated that this was a creative writing task, then told us to begin. He started a timer, and words started flashing by on the monitors. So I just copied down as many words from the monitor as I could, knowing that I was doing the incorrect thing but angry that the instructions were so bad, plus anxious because the other three seemed to understand the task. The timer went off and the lawyer asked each person to show or read aloud their answers. They had all creatively answered the written (nonsensical) question, using the words on the monitors. The actress boasted that the written question was just how movie directors communicated, so of course she understood it easiy. I was getting increasingly angry, and by the time it was my turn to reveal my answer, i was furious. I reprimanded the lawyer for this unfair and unclear test. They all argued with me and that only made me angrier. I stood up and waved my paper at them, shouting about how I had done the only logical thing, how unfair and restrictive this test was, if only crrtain groups could even understand the task. I felt proud of myself for making a good point and showing them their unfairness, but frustrated that they didn't care and had no ability to empathise, to see another point of view.

Dream

I’m traveling. I’m staying at a very trendy hotel. One of my travel companions is being rude to the staff . It’s embarrassing. I apologize for her perfusely. She leaves, we stay. There’s a restaurant that wants our business. It’s middle eastern. I think the food is delicious but others don’t get it because it’s foreign. They give away free things like sliced fried chicken to entice people to like it more. I’m calling an Uber but I don’t know the address. It’s my moms address but she’s dead and I don’t know it. There is a workshop for entrepreneurs. Everyone is so young. One girl keeps bullying me, so I pull a harmless prank and plug my computer in at her table. She gets visibly upset and screams Amd puts my computer at my desk and keeps pointing and showing people. I avoid the conflict and help a woman hand wallpaper on windows of her new space where she will be running a hip small business. I’m not very handy so I point out my idea and then I woke up .

Dream

I dreamed that my son was sick and had to be taken to the ER. I had to stay behind while my husband drove him to the hospital. The doctors were trying to figure out what was wrong with him and did X-Rays of his chest. They found that he had bacterial pneumonia. My son was seriously ill but my husband and I were fighting because my husband told me it “wasn’t a big deal.” I reminded him that pneumonia can be a deadly illness. He didn’t care. Later I was on a computer when messages from one of my husbands’ old friends popped up. They had sent him images of my best friend who died in 2016. She was naked and the photos were inappropriate. I again asked my husband why there would be images like that of my old friend sent to him. It started yet another screaming match in which I was sobbing my eyes out. My son eventually died and my husband and I were still fighting. His mother showed up, but she Just say there and listened. I didn’t know why she was there- but I was heart broken from the loss of my son and nothing could console me

Dream

I was working at a rickety radio station on the second floor of some building. It was a light filled room and I was at a standing desk and just a computer and maybe one of my mics. One time I was supposed to go on air and was frantically clipping my webcam to my computer so I could be on time. Other times I didn’t have the right script or the computer wasn’t working. I was giving strange out cues when singing off. “Kristin Hanes, …..radio….OUT.” I was trying to get a flight to go visit Grandpa down in L.A. I was so busy doing things that first day that I missed my flight. Luckily the Alaksa airlines guy gave me a credit for that part of the flight that I could book anytime. I was at the counter with him. Then I was at this bike shop dealing with the bike bags. I was trying to figure out which flight to book and asked mom and we decided on the next morning. I was at this underground subway station and there was this new way to get to the airport but it looked like an old drilling or boring machine. The lady said it could get to the airport in just 23 minutes. I was really excited to go see grandpa and visit with him.

Dream

So I was playing roblox on a computer when I hear my crush talking and I get up and follow the noise and find him changing but he’s trying on pants infront of his friends who are also my friends, Troy and Gael. I duck down near a bean bag but see Gael staring at me and then my crush goes quiet. Gael picks up the bean bag I’m hiding behind and says “well look who’s here” and my crush has only boxers on and just smirks at me and looks me up and down. Then he gets his clothes back on and I’m following Gael but Gael is going to my crushes room. I’m hitting Gael cause I was a bit upset that he exposed me. Then my crush gets up from his gaming set up and says “Alyssa, I’m on voice chat could you be quiet?” And I get embarrassed and say “oh I’m sorry” and as I’m walking out I hear someone on his game ask “who’s the girl?” And my crush reply’s with “oh just a… girl I know.” Turns back, and smiles at me as I’m leaving.

I was in America and was sitting in a computer lab with Mason and Dan. Aside from Dan, everyone there was friend my failed study abroad trip. I asked Mason in person at this moment if we could still be friends. He said "of course dude, I think everyone is being dramatic." I also asked Dan and he said "Of course dude. I've grown attached to the eye bags you give me" and he laughed boisterously. Riley walked up to us in a weirdly vibrant outfit and said "Oh my God, me and Eleanor shared a passionate kiss." I was grossed out because I didn't need to hear that, then Eleanor comes up to Riley and says "let's do it again" And I turn my head away. Someone, a stranger then asks, "Is this woke?" "No, it's love," I sigh, "I guess they love each other."

Dream

Dream So there was this guy with blonde hair that would meet me in dreams but really he has dark hair and the blonde guy was like an avatar he used to greet me. He follows me around like a ghost cause well I think he cares for me and he’s worried about leaving me alone. He kept trying to kiss me as the blonde guy and I kept turning away cause I felt really really embarrassed. He’d get this really sad look about him then act like nothing happened. The dark haired guy watched people be mean to me. He couldn’t seem to do much about it other then hover closer or knock on walls. He smelled nice, I just felt like I really really wanted to touch him. Cuddle. But he was an invisible ghost when I was awake. I wanted to hide my face pretty badly I was so scared he’d find me ugly. When I went back to sleep I saw this guy with dark hair messing around on computers. Some lady said to me, “Well there he is” Later there was a bunch of strange noises and I was barely awake, but I was in a hospital bed with 2 women fussing over me. The dark haired guy came into the room. He had a really long beard. I was like 😃 beards. I was so out of it. I kinda reached toward him and he held my hand for a second but quickly left the room. I was confused why he didn’t stay. I was bored while the woman were talking so I looked around the room and saw some choccy milk hanging on the door. I think it was for me. It made my heart melt a little I also started helping people move into the undercity. Underground caverns that kinda resembled the sewers. I watched some kids die from the flooding.
